Build. Draft. Forge. Hold.
A dark fantasy roguelike tower defense. Raise towers on a plateau of lava and stone, pick a card after every wave, forge your cards into rarer ones and hold the bastion through the Endless Night.
Coming soon to Google Play Android, free to play, for ages 13 and up. Release date to be announced.Hold the line
Ghouls, hellhounds, cursed knights and demons march on your bastion, wave after wave, along the roads between lava pools and chasms. Raise towers, keep one of three cards after every wave, and forge your cards into rarer ones. Every run deals you different cards, and the Soul Shards you earn make the next run stronger.
A card after every wave
After each wave, keep one of three cards: mostly tower boosts, sometimes an elixir to drink when it matters, or a Curse. Grow the Soul Tree, and you choose from four.
Forging
Spend forge points to fuse two cards into a stronger, rarer one. Forge a Curse into a card for more power with a drawback. Every recipe you discover is written into the Grimoire.
Six Wardens
Choose a Warden before each Endless Night run. Each one strengthens a tower type and all your towers, and some bend the rules: the Timeweaver rewinds a lost wave once per run, and the Weeping Alchemist's poison spreads when its victim dies.
The Soul Tree
Waves survived, bosses slain, new rare cards and records earn Soul Shards. Spend them on the Soul Tree: every tower type has its own branch, and your bastion grows from a ruined hut into a Gothic castle, with more lives, more starting gold, more forge points and a fourth card to choose from.
Endless Night
Survive a hundred waves to win, then hold on as long as you can. A boss comes every tenth wave, and the hundredth brings the Lord of Midnight. From the fiftieth wave the host learns: the damage you rely on most grows weaker wave by wave. You always see what comes next. For a shorter game, play the ten-wave Chronicle.
Runes and towers
Six towers, from archers and cannons to poison throwers and gold mines. Take each one to level three, then choose its level 4 and level 5 evolution. Runes push range, speed and the tower's main strength even further.
48 trophies in eight categories, five of them hidden.
Creatures of the night
The deeper the night, the stranger the host. Shades shrug off physical damage, Stone Golems ignore magic, and Carrion Eaters feed on poison. Winged Swarms come five at a time. A Veil Wraith hides the enemies around it from your towers, and a Rot Priest heals them, even the bosses.
